What happens if the tenants does not pay rent?

We will carry out due diligent check on applicant, who needs to provide us their contract with employer to approve affordability. We also can purchase landlord insurance which covers the loss of the rent if tenant fails to pay rent.   

What happen if you can not let the room in time?

We only work in high tenant demanding area, right location, appearing presentation and correct marketed at the acceptable price. On an average, the room should take 2 to 4 weeks to let subject to market situation.  We will ask the leaving tenant to give out notice at least 5 weeks before the final move out date, so we have time to market the room as soon as possible. 

Who are your tenants?

Young or Matured working professional.

Who will apply for HMO license if required?

We can apply for HMO license and be the manager of the property for 5 years.  We are fully qualified to be the property manager under council's rule.

My house need refurbishment, what can you do to help?

We will pop in to have an non-obligation initial assessment to your property and provide our suggestion to you with the quotation. Sometimes, we provide a few choices to you, so you can make the right decision that is suitable for you.
